We service our clients' IT infrastructure on a subscription basis with an all-inclusive system. We have no limits on the number of visits or service hours per month, week, or day. We work for you as long as it takes to solve your problems.
The price of the service includes:
- Computer and network maintenance
- Accounting applications (SONO, 1C, online banking, government procurement, etc.)
- Telephony (mini PBX)
- Printers (including refilling of toner cartridges)
Services are governed by a contract; urgent calls are processed within two hours, and remote requests are processed within 15 minutes (on average).
Special offer: when paying for services quarterly in advance, the subscriber receives a free licensed antivirus for the entire office for one year.
We provide all new subscribers with a domain name and set up a corporate email address (name@company.kz), if you don't already have one.
The home computer of the top executive is serviced free of charge.
