VoIP PBX and Telephony

Digital or Analogue?

"Analog stations are a thing of the past." Many experts believe this, and they're generally right. However, analog stations have a number of advantages over modern IP systems. Let's consider both options:

Analog stations are cheaper, rarely break down, and don't rely on internet connections. That's where the advantages of analog lines end. Modern IP telephony allows you to connect people from anywhere in the world and organize audio and video conferences. With IP communication, you can conduct conversations from your smartphone, make calls to your employees' extensions, or receive calls to a direct Almaty number while in, say, Thailand. This is possible anywhere there's internet access.

We will help you choose a communications provider, select a station, configure, program and connect IP channels, and integrate with a CRM system.

We will also record a greeting from the radio announcer and arrange for all conversations to be recorded.
